Apple macOS 15 announced! What new features does it bring?
Apple has named its new operating system after the famous regions of California, calling it macOS Sequoia. This new version brings significant changes and improvements to the user interface. System Settings have been completely revamped, making them more intuitive and easier to use. You no longer need to spend hours finding settings.
iPhone Mirroring allows you to view and control your iPhone directly from your Mac. By mirroring your iPhone to your Mac, you can display everything including icons, the Home Screen, applications, and more. Now, any app can be opened directly from your Mac, and even the sound from your iPhone can be transferred to your Mac. During this process, whether your iPhone is locked or unlocked, no one else can access it. Additionally, you will be able to seamlessly drag and drop items and files from your Mac to your iPhone.
With macOS Sequoia, Siri has become smarter and more personalized. Siri now offers better speaking capabilities, deep understanding, and personalization features. Siri understands your daily routines and offers suggestions accordingly, making your life easier. Additionally, with Siri’s advanced AI features, creating personalized playlists in Apple Music, getting writing assistance in Pages, and preparing presentations in Keynote will be much more enjoyable.
Exciting news for gamers! macOS Sequoia significantly improves game performance, especially on devices with M1 and M2 chips. Apple is encouraging game developers to create more games for the macOS platform. The new operating system has been optimized to provide higher graphics performance and a better gaming experience. Now you can enjoy your favorite games on your Mac without any interruptions.
The Journal app, introduced and highly praised with iOS 17.2, is also coming to Macs with macOS Sequoia. Recording your thoughts, memories, and daily notes will now be much easier and more fun. macOS Sequoia requires at least a device with an M1 chip to fully utilize AI features. However, older Mac models will also be able to use basic features. Here are the models compatible with macOS 15:

Apple has released the developer beta version of macOS Sequoia today. If you are a developer, you can try this version immediately. The public beta version will be available to users in July.
